Along with recent news that drummer Paul Clark Jnr has left ZP Theart and his new band I AM I, comes the announcement that guitarist, Greg Pullin, has also parted ways with the band.
The talented 21 year old was taken on by the band as their second guitarist at the start of 2012, and was hoping to make a strong statement early on in his professional music career. Although many followers of I AM I may be unaware of his role, particularly as it was not formally announced by the band, he had already featured in the music video for "Silent Genocide", performed live at their successful debut gig at the O2 Academy in Birmingham, and was set to perform at future shows.
Pullin comments,
I have enjoyed my time rehearsing and performing with the guys, and it has been particularly enjoyable to work with lead guitarist and composer Jacob. As well as having a phenomenal ability as a guitar player, he demonstrates an outstanding capability to write brilliant music, which has undoubtedly been the major driving force behind the band's style and sound on Event Horizon."
