FESTIVAL NEWS: Bloodstock announces nine more bands – and more club nights Print E-mail

With just ten more weekends until Bloodstock, nine more bands and a whopping 26 more club nights have been confirmed.

Fresh from their recent opening slot on CKY’s comeback tour, Puppy will appear on the Sophie Lancaster Stage on the Sunday.  The band said: "We're beyond excited to be playing Bloodstock. Every year we're in awe of how good the line-up is, so for them to ask us to jump on board is a real privilege.  See you guys in the pit for Megadeth!"  


BOA 16 May Announce 

The One Hundred – who release their new album ‘Chaos + Bliss’ comes out on Fridayday (2 Junee) via Spinefarm – will appear on the Sophie stage on the Saturday, as will Welsh rockers Florence Black and Midlands thrashers EradikatorMorass Of Molasses have been added to Fridayday’s Sophie bill.


Full details have also been announced for the Thursday party night bill.  Joining already-confirmed headliners Battle Beast will be Ramage Inc., Gurt, The Infernal Sea and Wind Rose.


Bloodstock will take place at Catton Park, Derbyshire from 10 - 13 August.  Standard weekend camping tickets are on sale at £139 (+ booking fee) from bloodstock.seetickets.com.  Children’s weekend tickets are just £35 (+ booking fee) and under fours go free!  Day tickets will be released in the near future, with pre-registration available at www.seetickets.com/register/bloodstock. VIP and camper van tickets are sold out.
