Former Audioslave and Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell - regarded as one of the most iconic voices of the post-grunge era - has died at the age of 52.




No further information is available at this time, but the singer's representative, Brian Bumbery, told Associated Press, that his death, in Detroit, had been "sudden and unexpected".
