|FESTIVAL NEWS: Final acts announced for Handmade 2017|

The final acts have been announced for this year’s Handmade Festival, which takes place at the O2 Academy, the Attenborough Arts Centre and various other venues in Leicester over the weekend of 28 – 30 April.
The last acts to be confirmed include Goat Girl, Baba Naga, Kovic, Courtney Askey, Haus, Little Hours, Peaness, Miriam Franklin, Lea Porcelin and more. They join a line-up that already features Twin Atlantic, Frightened Rabbit, British Sea Power, Pulled Apart By Horses and Honeyblood, as well as Über Rock-approved acts such as Tigercub, Puppy, Idles, God Damn and Happyness.
Details also have been confirmed of Handmade's all new Friday programme, which will take place at venues such as Firebug, The Cookie, The Guildhall and Bishop Street Church and will be headlined by HMLTD, Her Name Is Calla, Haiku Salut and Grace Petrie, with support from Fang Club, Kovic, Husky Loops, Fazerdaze, Easy Life, Dead Pretties, Cold Water Souls, Neon Waltz and Pleasure House. Entrance to the new Friday programme is free to festival wristband holders, or £10 for those that won't be attending the full festival.
