"Steph has left Gallows and we wish him the best of luck with his future projects. We will be moving on as a four piece like the early days. First stop Australia."

That's how GALLOWS confirmed yesterday's news that guitarist Steph Carter had parted company with the band.

The guitarist (pictured second left above) is, of course, the brother of the band's former frontman Frank Carter, now of Pure Love. Steph is said to now be concentrating on his other band, Ghost Riders In The Sky.

Gallows, who play the Soundwave Festival in Australia this weekend, will continue as a four piece featuring:

Wade MacNeil (vocals)
Lee Barratt (drums)
Laurent Barnard (guitar)
Stuart Gili-Ross (bass)
