UK shock-rockers FEARLESS VAMPIRE KILLERS have teamed up with acclaimed Italian comic artist Marco Turini to illustrate a front cover for one of the band's forthcoming comics, written by the band's co-lead vocalist, Laurence Beveridge.

The comic, 'The Vigilante', will be the first of five released to tie in with the band's forthcoming CD 'Exposition: The Five Before The Flames'. The comics will be released throughout 2013/2014 with contributions from both well-known and up and coming artists.

Marco Turini has previously illustrated for publishers like Fantagraphics, Avatar Press, Star Comics, Marvel Comics – including the Squadron Supreme and Marvel Comics Presents series - and currently works with TopCow, who publish the likes of Witchblade, TombRaider, Artifacts and Cyberforce.

The band will be appearing alongside Marco at the London Super Comic Convention (23rd & 24th February, Excel Centre, London) to sign numbered limited edition art prints of the front cover. The signing session will take place on the second day of the convention, Feb 24th, at 4pm on the LIMITED EDITION COMIX stand.

FVK create conceptual hybrid-rock music, which is accompanied by self-released literature from vocalist and writer Laurence Beveridge, and artwork created by in-house illustrator/guitarist Cyrus Barrone. Having released their debut album, 'Militia Of The Lost', to critical acclaim in 2012 they are now positioned as one of the most hotly tipped bands to watch for in the UK rock scene for 2013.

Fearless Vampire Killers release 'Exposition: The Five Before The Flames', a five song prequel to their first album, on March 11th 2013. The band will be slaying audiences around the country as part of the Kerrang! Tour 2013 - with Black Veil Brides, Chiodos and Tonight Alive - from February 3rd.
