The travelling HARD 'N' HEAVY free festival has decided on one of the coolest venues in South Wales as the venue for its fourth event.

Hard 'N' Heavy Fest 4 will take place on Saturday August 18th at the Hog and Hosper in Pontypool and will feature 12 ass-kicking bands over 12 ass-kicking hours.

The Hog and Hosper, venue for great gigs from the likes of LA Guns and Ricky Warwick in the past and a whole host of legendary punk outfits this year, will see a dozen great acts from all across the UK (and Spain!) shake their foundations from 1pm on August 18th.

A heavy-duty headliner is set to be announced soon, but the undercard is already looking like a winner. Mutator, Hellbound, Trigger McPoopshute, Stop Stop, Rebel Lust, Cambion, Mad Hatter 2.0, Iridium, Hired Guns, Sour Mash and Suicide Watch are all already confirmed and, if the thought of Über Röck's Darrel Sutton fronting one of those bands isn't hot enough for you then the news that the handsome yet humble Gaz E (Über Röck's number one pin-up boy) will be on hand to compere the rockin' action is sure to drive both girls and boys crazy with desire!
