Hi AC, thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule to speak to Über Röck. We're all really looking forward to the Lizzy Borden set at Hard Rock Hell. Thanks for taking the time to answer some of our questions.

What are your influences musically?

That could be quite a long list, but here are a few; Kiss, Iron Maiden, The Beach Boys, Deep Purple, and Van Halen. For guitarists it would be U. Roth, S. Vai, Y. Malmsteen, A. Holdsworth and, of course, Paul Stanley!

How did you get into Lizzy Borden?

It was all Stephanie Cabral's doing! She is an awesome photographer in the industry, that is how we first met. She sent in my info after hearing the Lizzy Camp was looking for a guitarist. That sparked the audition process and here we are now...

Got any strange tour stories?

This band knows how to have a GOOD TIME, I think the next time I step into a church I will catch fire...let's just leave it at that.

How was playing Tokyo and the Wacken festival this year?

Each were incredible experiences, the fans have been energetic and over the top. Lizzy Borden has awesome fans all over the world, I am thankful to get to play for them alongside a group of musicians that are always on fire when they hit the stage.

What can someone new to Lizzy Borden expect from the Hard Rock Hell show?

Expect the unexpected and then some more, the stage show and set list are always changing - and we aim to please.

For old hands, what classic Lizzy Borden can we expect?

The band is heading in a new direction, but it would never be one that would alienate longtime fans. There is a considerable difference between 'Give Em The Axe' and 'Appointment With Death', yet material from these and the records in between always receive a great response. So the fans can expect not just a show, but an experience.

Have you heard about the chalets in Pontins for Hard Rock Hell? You know "it's hard, it's rock, but it's HELL!"?

No I haven't, let the adventure continue...is there Jagermeister?

What are your plans for the future? Will there be a return for bigger and better gigs?

The new album is in the writing stages as of now, and everyone is excited about where the band is at this moment in time. There is a lot of internal and external energy circling the Lizzy Camp these days, the skies the limit...
