What are your most vivid childhood memories of Halloween? 

Dana Deadly: In Detroit we have "Devil's Night" traditionally on Oct. 30 where kids are basically free to vandalize the neighborhood and cause trouble. My gang of friends would light fires in the street, egg and toilet paper nearby homes...and you wonder why Detroit gets a bad rap...

Why do you think that the worlds of horror and metal/punk have always been so closely linked?

Leander Decordova (LD): Danzig and Rob Zombie grind out metal infused with horror. Why? Because Evil ROCKS! Horns Up all the way!

Last year I asked if remakes and rehashes were killing horror, now it seems to be the in-your-face turkey that is 3D - what are your thoughts on this money-grabbing gimmick that is souring cinemas and the state of current horror in general?

Dana Deadly: I have to admit it - I actually like the cheese factor of the 3-D horror flicks of late...it used to be Midnight Movies and drive ins - we need to get our cheap thrills somehow..legally...

Has there been a horror remake yet that has bettered the original movie?

LD:  I don't think so - you can't compete with the classics...

Dana Deadly: The remake of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre was sweet

LD  - Jessica Biel in a wet T-shirt didn't hurt...

What's the greatest ever horror movie kill?

Dana Deadly: Maybe not the greatest but pretty memorable - when Rainn Wilson ends up as a taxidermy in House of 1000 Corpses..they don't show it though...

LD:  Epic kills in Hatchet and Hatchet II...you can't beat slaughtering someone with a belt sander! They are pretty much brutally awesome!

Who is the baddest ever horror movie villain...and why?

Dana Deadly: Freddy Krueger because damn, you can't go to sleep...

Dani Crud: Leatherface - There is no chance of reasoning with him...

LD:  I feel bad for Leatherface but that's another movie...Pinhead from Hellraiser because he's a demon from hell, he kills you in the most painful way possible,  and then after you're dead he tortures your soul for eternity! You're completely screwed. Then there's Pennywise from It - super creepy clown...

Who is the greatest ever Scream Queen?

Dana Deadly: I think Danielle (CRUD) is a great rock 'n' roll scream queen but in terms of movies I have to go with the classic - Janet Leigh.

LD: Jamie Lee Curtis in the original Halloween - pre Activia bullshit - Jamie Lee ruled the horror throne and her digestion was fine!

Dani Crud:  The classics - Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Evil Dead Series, The Shining, Last House On The Left, Salem's Lot

LD:  Halloween, The Shining, Jacob's Ladder, Devil's Rejects and House of 1000 Corpses!

Dana Deadly: The Exorcist - still scares the bejesus out of me, Alien and Aliens - claustrophobic monster movie, The Descent -very underrated adventure/horror flick - creepy cave creatures that will give you nightmares - and The Ring. 

What underrated horror movie would you recommend to our readers just in case they have never seen it?

Dani Crud: The Human Centipede - I've seen a lot of things, but this movie takes disturbing to a whole new level!

Dana Deadly: Wolf Creek - an Austrialian horror movie based on a real life serial killer in the outback. He hunts and tortures travellers and it's completely believable!

LD: Hatchet I and II - brutal bloody horror at its finest!

What is your guilty pleasure, the trashy horror flick that you hold dear but everyone else runs away from?

Dana Deadly: Killer Klowns From Outer Space - one of my all time favorites - and Jennifer's Body - completely underrated with Megan Fox as a foxy death demon!

LD: Poultrygeist - Night of the Chicken Dead..completely ridiculous, over the top trash but so utterly entertaining!

What is the greatest ever horror movie poster?

Dani Crud: The Human Centipede!

Dana Deadly: Grindhouse - especially Planet Terror. You can't beat Rose McGowan with a machine gun leg!

LD: Jaws - still a cool poster - I would hang it in my living room above my fish tank! Army Of Darkness poster is epic too!

What 'star' of the music world would you like to see slaughtered in gory horror movie style? How and why?

Dana Deadly: I'd like to see ICP (Insane Clown Posse) battle it out with the Killer Klowns From Outer Space using chainsaws and rubber chickens.

Watching Lemmy Kilmister slaughter Danzig - since Lemmy is God and Danzig is the Devil - it would be like Armageddon!

What are your plans for Halloween this year?

Dana Deadly: Crud is headlining Detroit's notorious Hellbent II party - it's inside a huge industrial warehouse in Detroit - and a Priest will on hand to damn everyone who enters to Hell...
