When quizzing Joe for the supercool ÜBER RÖCK exclusive interview, I just had to ask him if he had any hellish horror stories from gigs gone bad.....

"....We have lots but my all time worst gig from Hell was in Dallas around 1990. I used a hammer on stage at the time - don’t ask why - and had lost it the night before. Our guitar-tech/driver/best friend, Darryl P, went to the hardware store and got me a new one. The claw end was very sharp and I cut my hand wide open at the beginning of the show. I lost at least a pint of blood and was ghost white by the end of the set. Blood was everywhere. Some of the best gig pics of me ever though. If you like that sort of gory vampire thing as I do...."
