doorstonowhere3Every band I think has a gig they would love to forget.  We played this show once that was at some hole in the wall bar in the middle of nowhere.

It was suppose to be a benefit and fundraiser show.  I forget what for, but we were down to support. The guy booking the show seemed legit and on it.  It was a four-band night that was guaranteed to be packed.

We thought great let's do this!  Big surprise when we got to the bar...there was no one there!  The bar had no clue there was going to be any music.  No booking agent, no fundraiser, nothing.  Another band showed up and left.  We thought we came all this way to play, so we played!  There were about 10 people in the bar and the crew we brought with us.

Thank god it was empty cause we where a train wreck.  We just never got going.  We played about 30 minutes before I cut us off.  There was so much feedback and the mic was shocking me when I sang.  We just fell apart.  The 10 people in the bar looked at us like we where the devil himself.  We packed up and got the hell out of there.
