Über horror nerd that I am, I just had to do something special for Über Röck's first Halloween online last year. One interview with an iconic horror star (who happened to also rock out with his schlock out) later and I immediately started thinking about what I could do to make this Halloween even more special for the site. Then it hit me; 13 Days Of Halloween.....

I fleshed this idea out, gave it a theme. The thing to do was ask 13 musicians who happened to be both horror-obsessive and über-approved in a rocking capacity the same 13 questions on scary movies and All Hallow's Eve and run them for 13 consecutive days with the final frightfest appearing on October 31st. Cool idea....but who to ask?

I contacted some people who have already featured on the site, knowing that they possess the spirit by which we judge others. I contacted some people who just happened to be in bands that I thought were cool and thought that you should think that too. I contacted some cool female rockers, scream queens, to even up the bodycount. I contacted legends and I contacted bright, young rock 'n' roll prospects. All with the same 13 questions.....

There will be horror rock, horror metal and horror punk. There will be Swedish sleaze rock, garage punk and, possibly the most frightening of all, maybe a little melodic rock! Also known as H13, it all starts on Tuesday 19th October with a welcome return for an über-legend.....
