There's a quite a few bands called Abraxas doing the rounds at the moment. This particular beast features Makoto Mizoguchi (PYREXIA, HATE ETERNAL) on guitar and bass, Mike Hrubovcak (MONSTROSITY, VILE) on vocals and Lance Wright (VILE) on drums. With that kind of pedigree, it should come as no surprise that the four songs on offer here are top-notch classic death metal. 

'Eternally Erased' has Deicide stamped all over it, 'A Species Untrue' pounds and pounds and pounds, 'Folding For Our Demise' and 'Agony Absolution' are death incarnate, mixing hyperspeed, monstrous looping riffs that you can't help but bang your head to and enough aggression to make an army shit blood. 

 A full release would be a very tasty prospect if this little appetizer is anything to go by.
