Hailing from Londinium, this no nonsense five piece are fuelled on a diet of broken glass, bad attitude balls to the wall rock 'n' roll and some really rude lyrics! Unlucky for some, thirteen tracks of bad boy, badass rock. Dropping the C bomb on record is still a rare commodity yet Tor Abyss let's a few go on this sucked off nasty groove laden album.
'Venom Milkshake' comes across as something that could easily fit into The Wildhearts back catalogue or even on an early Backyard Babies release around the time of 'Total 13' so you know the sort of company Lucifer Star Machine keep, there, I've let the cat out of the bag now but forgot to tell you that Motorhead are invited to this wrecking party as well. 'Fake Your Own Death' kicks like a mule as does 'Built To Last'.
If the live show is as brutal as the songs would suggest then bring it on Lucifer Star Machine. I was expecting one of the tracks to be a rock ballad and looking through the track list I thought possibly 'Carry Your Casket' might be the big chart busting power ballad but after the opening few tracks I knew there was as much chance of that happening as there is of me buying a Phil cunting Collins album and that isn't going to happen any day soon...maybe when Hell freezes over kids. See they've even got me dropping the C bomb now.
