I have to say, this is a fair representation of 70's West Coast psychedelia. Influences abound, from The Pretty Things through The Byrds with elements of Love and even a hint of ELP. Vocal harmonies bring the era fully into play but not in a Fleet Foxes way, not with a modern slant. The band name is taken from a TSOL song further pinning their influences to the mast.
Tracks such as 'Backseat', '18th St Shuffle' and 'A Lovely Game' stand out, but truth be told if you like your 60's/70's influenced music there isn't really a weak track. Sit back, put on your oil lamp based lightshow (lava lamp) in this house and drift. Definitely for those Zen moments.
