When a song starts with the sound of an amp being turned on it always give me goose bumps as I miss the feeling of the unknown.......what the possible oncoming storm is bringing and with dance floor punk band Advantage the verbal oncoming storm is infectious and with the grooves laid down on the 'The Beat (Get Up)' and 'Wait, Is This Love' the band blend as many influences into the melting pot as can be.

Successfully blending pop punk, dance, rock with ska (thanks to the brass section/horns) is a thankless task to which the band have pulled the proverbial cat out of the hat and pulled off the almost unimaginable. In previous press the band have been likened to Arctic Monkeys, Biffy Clyro, Fall Out Boy and even The Police, but they are truly original in what they bring to the music scene in 2010.

Formed in March 2009 the band have been courting major press with features in Kerrang! and extensive radio play and a DIY ethic with regards to touring! This is THE band of the future! Watch them fly!
