Now this band is something very special indeed. With haunting vocals and beautiful mutli-layered harmonies mixed with soaring strings, this is a band with something to give to the world.

They are very hard to pigeon hole - which is just the kinda band I like... Kinda like me!

On the evidence of this 2 track sampler EastStrikeWest could well fill the hole in my life that has been vacant since the demise of (Butch Walker project) 1969 who look like they will never record again. Yes, this band are THAT good!

In this day and age of 15 second celebs, EastStrikeWest cut an imposing figure on the musical landscape that is the rubbish lands of the UK...
