grumeSpanish goregrind pioneers Haemorrhage get their second album 1997's 'Grume' and fifth album, 2006's 'Apology For Pathology', re-released by those darlings of noise Relapse.

Taking the blueprint of early Carcass and further putrefying things with their own guttural vocal twists and downtuned-to-the-max riffing these little beauties will satisfy the deepest necrotic urges within.

Strangely though, whilst 'Apology For Pathology' boasts a far superior production andHaemorrhage_-_Apology_For_Pathology_2006 subsequently razor sharp brutality in its riffing, it is 'Grume' and its more primitive values which have the greater appeal. You can almost smell the decay as songs like 'Exquisite Eschatology', 'Decom-posers' and 'Formaldehyde' mix old-school death with crusty riffing and corpse-vomit vocals.

Top stuff and highly recommended for the pathologically inclined amongst you.
