mic1Now I think those in URHQ gave this album to me as a bit of a joke due to my less than positive review of M.I.C's last CD...but I accept their challenge, and I am happy to report... the band haven't got much better! Only kidding, M.I.C. have actually released an album which could do something for them.

Opening with the power pop-tastic 'Always On My Mind', okay it's nothing new but it does set a new standard for the band and our relationship... in that I like it! 'What You Do To Me' is up next and continues the party pop of the opener. To be honest the band have grown, and are now rather listenable.

My problem again, kind of carrying on from their last release, is that there are too many pauses with no lyrics... in other words there is no structure to the songs. But seriously, they have got so much better that I would love to see them live now....

Stand out tracks for me - the opening duo as mentioned above, 'Barbie Lady' and 'Teenage Rock Star'.
